Harry Potter Iconic Moments Yarn Club
Starting in January, sign up for the Harry Potter Yarn Club. Yes, it's been done, I know. But this is the most iconic moments of the entire series.
Choose either dk or fingering weight yarn. This club will ship out around the 15th of each month. This will be an ongoing subscription until it is cancelled by you. Enjoy a fun colorway inspired by our favorite Harry Potter moments!

What does this mean?
This means once create your OWN account, you will able use your points online, see your history of what you purchase, keep track of your points, and even share a gift registry!
How do I create my account?
Go to: the website, click on "ACCOUNT"
Once on the "ACCOUNT" page, it will ask you to put in your email and create a password, then confirm your password. You will then be sent an email confirmation. Go to your email, click on the confirmation, and that's it!
Your all set. Now you can log in and shop.
You can still shop and place orders even if you do not wish to make an account, but we encourage you to do so.

KEEP KITSAP WARM
The Keep Kitsap Warm is still going! We can't say thank you enough every time someone steps into the shop to drop off Cold Weather Wear!
We offer free skeins of yarn to be knit or crocheted into hats, mitts, mittens, scarves, cowls, or whatever cold weather wear you want to make. Once a week, we take them to Fishline and Oasis to donate to those in our county who need them.
As of today, (12/29), Heart2Heart customers have donated over 1200 items so far this season. Keep Kitsap Warm runs until the end of March 2024.
National Park Hat Kits
Hat Kits are continuing to be made each week! We have a bunch in stock. Each kit has enough yarn to make the entire hat, plus a "faux" leather tag with the park name is inlcuded in the kit.
Each kit is only $24.95

These are just a few of the ones we currently have in stock. There are many more to choose from and many more coming! Every Tuesday the shop will put out a new hat kit.

Knitting 101
January 27th & Feb. 3
Cost $75.00

(cost includes 2 sessions- 2 hours each day)
Learn a lifelong skill you will treasure. In this series of 2 classes you will learn the anatomy of a stitch and how to recognize Knits and Purls, while making a cozy beanie.
Materials Needed:
US Size 6 & US Size 8 16" circular knitting needles
US Size 6 & US Size 8 DPN's (double pointed needles)
Worsted weight yarn (we suggest Malabrigo Rios or Berroco Vintage)
Stitch Markers
Scissors
Darning Needle
You will learn how to:
Hold your yarn and needles
Do the knit stitch
Do the purl stitch
Cast on and bind off
Recognize stitches
Finish your work
Skills required: Absolutely none.
Heart2Heart will provide: Pattern
Student to provide yarn, knitting needles, stitch markers, darning needle, scissors.
Make up classes are not available, if you miss a session, the instructor will do her best to get you back on track.
Refunds or Credit for future classes will only be provided if we are notified either by phone or email at least 72 hours in advance of the class or workshop.

Crochet 101 Class
Feb. 10th & 17th

Beginner crochet classes are the perfect way to learn how to crochet. Crochet is a quick and easy hobby, with professional looking results. In just a few hours you can master the skills to create lovable crocheted projects that last a lifetime. In our beginner crochet class, we’ll start at the beginning, talking about how to select different yarns, yarn weights and their different uses, which crocheting hooks to use and then stitch up a project together. This beginner crochet class is perfect for a total newbie or as a refresher if it’s been a while since you had your hands on your hooks. We can tailor the crochet session to meet your skill level so that you leave the beginner workshop excited about what you’ve learned.
Supplies Needed:
- US Size H Hook
- Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn
- Scissors
Instructor will supply the pattern.
Crochet Skills You Will Learn:
- Different crocheting tools and their uses
- How to chain or begin your crochet project, Single Crochet, Double Crochet and Finishing Off (or ending a project)
- How to Work in Rows
- How to keep your edges straight
- Different properties of yarn and the uses for various weights
- Problem-solving for common crochet mistakes and challenges

Learn to Knit Colorwork
January 27th 1 PM- 3 PM (revised date/time)
This class is to learn how to manage two colors while making a hat. This is not a "how to knit" class, but a how to do colorwork class. You will need to know how to knit & purl.
Ready to take the plunge into colorwork? Maybe you are looking to improve your colorwork skills? Perhaps you are doing colorwork one handed and would like to learn where you do not have to drop the yarn when changing colors. Mary is here to help you learn the two handed technique and charts on a small project in one session.
This hat is a great project to learn working with two hands and tension.
Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner-Intermediate, must be very comfortable with casting on, knitting, and purling.
Supplies Needed:
Please come to class with ribbing completed.
You do not need to switch to larger needles prior to class.
