Karma-Cure products do not contain Water as the first ingredient - we use Organic Aloe Leaf Juice which again is known as a natural healer and moisturizer and loaded with antioxidants, minerals, enzymes and vitamins. Most conventional skin care products use water as their first and major ingredient which has no benefit for the skin.
