Cestari has been asked from time to time if we will make a super wash wool yarn.  The answer is and will always be that we have not and will never make super wash wool yarn.  Here is our reasoning.  To make super wash wool yarn involves the use of harsh chemicals and procedures that literally transforms the structure of the wool in such a fashion as to destroy the inherit characteristics of the wool.  Cestari views this as no longer being a natural fiber but a man-made yarn product.  Cestari has made a conscious decision to be true to the natural beauty of wool and not super wash any of our wool yarns.  ?
